1. Who We Are
Queueless is operated by Queueless LLC, a California limited liability company ("Queueless," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the platform at queueless.store, which allows fans to order merchandise at live music events.

2. Information We Collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name to identify your order at pickup, your email address to send your order receipt and backup notifications, and your phone number to send you an SMS when your order is ready for pickup. We also collect order details such as items, sizes, quantities, order total, and timestamps; standard device and browser information (browser type and operating system) for analytics; and the venue and city associated with the show you ordered at.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by our payment processor. See Section 4 for more detail.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your merchandise order
- Send you an SMS notification when your order is ready for pickup
- Send you an email receipt and order confirmation
- Allow you to retrieve your order status and QR code
- Provide the artist teams and third parties with post-show sales data, including identifiable order information such as your name, email, and phone number (see Section 6)
- Improve the Queueless platform
We send only transactional messages — order confirmations, pickup alerts, and cancellation notices. We do not send marketing messages unless you separately opt in.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with third-party service providers solely to operate the platform, including:
- Payment processors — to securely handle payment. Card details are handled directly by the processor; we never see or store your card number.
- Communications providers — to send you SMS and email order notifications, using your phone number and email address.
- Cloud hosting and database providers — to store your order and account data on secure infrastructure.
5. SMS Messaging (TCPA)
By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive text messages from Queueless related to your order — including order confirmation and pickup notification. Message frequency is 2–3 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. Opting out will not affect any order already in progress, but you will not receive future SMS notifications.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Data Shared With Artist Teams and Third Parties
After a show closes, we provide the artist's management team with a post-show report containing order data. This report includes fan names, email addresses, phone numbers, items purchased, order totals, and peak ordering times.
By placing an order through Queueless, you consent to your personal information — including your name, email address, and phone number — being shared with the artist's management team for that event and with third-party partners, which may include record labels, streaming platforms, merchandise companies, and sponsors.
If you do not want your personal information shared beyond order fulfillment, do not place an order through the platform.
7. Data Retention
- Order records — Retained indefinitely for reporting and platform analytics
- Account information — Retained until you request deletion
- Payment data — Stored by our payment processor only; not retained by Queueless
8. Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

9. Cookies and Analytics
We use standard browser cookies to maintain your session (for example, to keep your cart intact while you browse). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Basic analytics (page visits, device type) may be collected to improve the platform.
10. Children
Queueless is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our platform, contact us at contact@queueless.co and we will delete it promptly.
11. Security
We use HTTPS across all pages, SOC 2 compliant database infrastructure, and PCI-compliant payment processing. We never store payment card numbers. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the platform before the change takes effect.
